The meeting scene between Jake and Dom required dialogue. The dialogue that was initially going to be used was changed slightly to fit the mood of the scene better. We had to make it more sharp and suspicious sounding to fit the thriller genre.
The original dialogue:
Dom: Your here...finally.
Jake: Yes i'm here, how do you have the package?
Dom: It's here, you'll get a text any minute. It will tell you what you need to do.
Jake: I know what i need to do.
Dom: Then what are you waiting for?
The changed dialogue:
Dom: You're late.
Jake: Yeah. Sorry. You got it?
Dom: It's over there
Jake: What's this for?
Dom: Just follow the instructions.
Jake: I know what i'm doing.
Dom: Well...What the hell are you waiting for?
As shown, our new dialogue is a lot more abrupt and Jake and Dom much more intense in their speech, towards one another.
